First of all YAFPC creates a new empty sheet and sets the
size of it to the size of the given
„First page letterhead“
(More about page sizes...).
Then it takes a look at the given watermark file, resizes it
if needed and applies this watermark to the first and all following
pages to create
(more about watermark-sizing...).
Now it prints the PDF-files given as „First page
letterhead“ to the first page and the
„Next page letterhead“
to all following pages.
These sheets (with watermark and letterheads) are now used to
print the given
„Input file“
, while the input is resized to best fit the pages.
When an
„Append file“
is given, this file is
appended the same way, the
„Input file“
is.
The created document gets now encrypted to be safe against
manipulating it by its receivers (
more about encryption of PDF-Files...
).
After all, when a
„Mail receiver“
is given, YAFPC tries to send the created PDF-file to this receiver, using the given
„SMTP server“.
When the file could be sent properly, the
„Output file“ is deleted.
